When a society or group is driven by fear, a system is created where it's "safest" to be drab and invisible. Fear of someone more talented, as you rightly noted, forces people to form groups to peck at those who stand out. The consequence of this is the degradation of culture and science. Instead of reaching out to light and knowledge, people waste energy clipping the wings of those who can fly.

2. 𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

Fear forces people to build walls around themselves. This leads to people ceasing to communicate sincerely. We see a "facade" of life: everything is wonderful on social media, but inside there is emptiness and horror. The consequence is an epidemic of loneliness. People are afraid to be authentic, afraid of having their "truth" (as you said) discovered, and ultimately live and die without ever knowing what true intimacy is.

3.𝒔𝒖𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒔:𝒄𝒐𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

Fear leads people to label their inability to act as "wisdom" or "caution." They don't protect the weak not because it's right, but because they fear for their own skin, calling it "neutrality." This creates a society of indifference, where violence becomes the norm simply because everyone fears being the next victim.

All forms of "magic," gossip, and manipulation are an attempt by the weak to gain power they don't actually have. A person who is unafraid creates. A person consumed by fear tries to "bewitch" or destroy another's life, hoping that their downfall will elevate them. This leads to self-destruction of the soul: he who digs a hole for another becomes a prisoner of that hole himself.

5. 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒖𝒎𝒂(𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒆)

The most terrible consequence is when adults pass on their fear to their children. If a parent fears the world, they teach their child to fear instead of teaching them to love. Refusing to see a schoolchild suffer is also an adult's fear of admitting their own powerlessness before the system. As a result, we end up in a vicious cycle of pain, where each new generation bears the shadows of the previous ones.

Indeed, fear is a powerful poison that people disguise as morality, tradition, or "caring" in order to avoid facing their own vulnerability.
