Machines—Blockers. These devices operate at frequencies that suppress the call of the Crystal in the human heart.

​When the soul of an "alien" enters an earthly body, the Blocker unleashes an avalanche of earthly worries, fears, and false truths. This is why children are born pure, but by adulthood, many of them become "dead"—people whose connection with the Creator seems severed.

​But the Twin Gods view this with sadness. They know that Blockers are not omnipotent. Every Blocker has a weak spot—a Moment of Sincerity. When a person momentarily forgets themselves for the sake of another, when they weep at the beauty of nature or stand still before the majesty of the ocean, the Blocker malfunctions. In that moment, memory returns.
